Description
The property is ideally located in the centre of Cornwall on the south coast. There are three bedrooms, a large bright, spacious lounge, fitted kitchen, and washing machine and the whole house is comfortably furnished. The Eden Project is just three miles away, the coast just one mile and easy walking distance, such as all the restaurants, Pubs and cafes at Charlestown, the home of the square-sail ships, just a 15 minute walk. No need to take the car.
There are lovely walks in this area, two Golf courses ( Porthpean and Carlyon Bay), riding stables, sports centre, tenis courts and the north coast just a 20 minute drive.
The management can taylor a complete adventure week for you if you so wish to include windsurfing, sailing, Kayaking, surfing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, ringo rides , banana rides,Power boat rides, RYA powerboat courses, pleasure boat trips and microlight trips through Cornish aviation.

THERE IS A WATERSPORTS SHOP ON SITE FOR WETSUITS, KAYAKS, SPARES ETC.
We can accept payment by cash, credit or debit card, internet payments (bacs).
- A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The remaining balance is then due six weeks before arrival.
- For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
- Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted in July and August.
- Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at all other times of the year.
- Property is non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.

Golf less than 15 minutes walk, beaches about a 15 minute walk, sailing club is a 15 minute walk, about one mile away, lots of coastal walks in the area, Charlestown is about a 15 minute walk, with square sail ships in the harbour, restaurants, bars, marine museum with local shops. Asda is five minutes from this property so shopping is easy.

The bungalow is located on Porthpean Road on the outskirts of St Austell beween the St Austell bypass and Porthpean. Turn right out of the bungalow and your in the country, turn left and five minutes later you are at the shops ( Mount Charles). 10 to 15 minute walks to Charlestown harbour and also to Porthpean Beach.
Very easy to find by car, and directions will be forwarded on booking.
