Description
The Heywoods estate is situated opposite the Almond Beach and Port St. Charles resorts, on the north west coast of the island. The beach and local town are both within easy walking distance from the villa. Frequently running and very cheap public transport is accessed between the villa and the beach.
We arrange all maintenance cover, transport to and from the airport, starter food and drink parcel ( if required ), and we can also arrange a reliable baby sitting service.
We supply a "Rough Guide" which we list a range of beaches, restaurants which we feel are well worth the visit but don't neccessarily make the glossy tourist rags. We also give advice on a range of money saving tips. We believe that a family/group of 4 could easily save £400. Even more if you realise you won't need a hire car.
We take safety seriously and have fitted fire alarms, fire extinguishers, medical kit, doctors surgery contact number & location and alternative power supply in event of black out.

We are not wired to the internet as most people now have sophisticated mobile phones and you can purchace a range of local SIM cards which allow for local call rates and wireless internet, even by the beach. Directions
Don't worry about directions as we pick you up from th airport. You can get your bearings once you arrive. Make sure you get to know the short cut to the beach as following the road route will double the journey.

To reserve your booking, we charge 20% of the total fee. There is a further deposit of US$300 to be made on arrival. This is returned to you on the day you depart, assuming of course the place has not been trashed.
