Mallorcan country house ideally suited for families. The pretty villa has wonderful panoramic country side views, located in the tranquil windmill region, only 3 km from the South Eastern town of Campos and well connected to all parts of the island. Four double bedrooms, large living room, office snug, large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, large terraces, garden and private pool. All finishes and furnishings have been completed of a high standard in a rustic but cosy style, making the house very welcoming. Only 10 minutes drive to the stunning beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita.

Villa is split on 2 levels, with access to bedroom 4 by an outside stair case. Although villa advertised for sleeping 8 a sofa bed in the office snug could accommodate 1 more if requested.

The main house and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on ground level and only small shallow steps at the back of the house to enter both kitchen or dining room. It would be suitable for people with mobility problems.

The property is set in 19,000sq.m of open countryside. The immediate garden area has a perimeter fence, and a separate inner fence for the 10 x 5 m pool. The fenced in private pool provides safety and peace of mind when travelling with small children. Large open terraces all around, with two separate areas for dining both with outside dining table and chairs. One area is naturally shaded by growing vines, and the other by a purpose built roof terrace accessed directly from kitchen. Sunbeds around the pool area with large parasol. Barbecues (both traditional and gas fired). Washing line. There is also a swing and slide set for small children, and as dogs are welcome, there is secure kenneling and run.

As we are committed to eco friendly environment and energy saving, there is a separate insulated out house for the back up generator to the solar panel electricity supply. This rarely is in operation during the summer months with long day light hours. The house also has oil fired central heating, only needed in winter months.

Beaches:

6 km to Es Trenc Beach, 9km to Sa Rapita beach and yacht club. 11km to Santanyi beach. All only 10 to 15 mins by driving. Es Trenc is the most famous beach in Mallorca. Also, it is the last large beach in Mallorca which is still unspoilt and well preserved. The beach more than two kilometres of fine-grained white sand, crystal clear and clean water with a gentle slope and shallow which makes it perfect for children. There are a few bars and restaurants.

The villas is situated on the flat farming land of Mallorca therefore it is a popular destination for cyclists.

For Golf and Tennis the Marriot Son Antem Golf Resort and Spa is 15km away.

Campos itself has a good choice of supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants, pharmacy.,medical facilities. Local market on a Thursday and Saturday. Restaurant. recommendations and reservations can be made. Taxi service can be provided on request.

Car hire is essential. Palma de Mallorca airport is situated 33 kilometres away and takes approx 25 minutes drive.
