The lovely apartment has two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to four persons
Attractive penthouse apartment with a larger terrace having views to the Cala Vinyas Bay, garden and pool. There is direct access to a beautiful palm tree beach at the end of a sheltered cove. The apartment is south facing with a tastefully furnished lounge area and a terrace big enough for dinner parties. (Two hundred candles are available in the cupboard...) The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en suite bath/shower room and vanity area. Twin beds are in the second bedroom which also has an en suite. There are shops (with a bakery), restaurants and a Spanish café close by, as well as a friendly English-speaking travel agent and car rental.

Located on the south facing wing of the stylish Ses Baranes, the apartment is on the upper floor (so its not overlooked), and has a huge terrace. Easily rented to families or couples, there are shops (with bakery) and restaurants nearby. Included is a very valuable and useful covered parking space directly below.
The instructions and directions to the apartment are also available in French and German.
Please note, the apartment is only available from a Saturday to a Saturday weekly let for the months of June, July, August and September.
