Description
Accommodation comprises entrance hall leading into large lounge dining room which has patio doors opening onto sun terrace. Three large leather sofas with English TV system is provided in the lounge. Fully fitted modern kitchen has a utility room.
There are 4 twin air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 of which open on to terrace. A folding bed is available for ninth person. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.
The apartment has a private garden with a small gate which opens into a community garden with a swimming pool which is small child friendly. The apartment is a wonderful location for a family holiday.
The Mallorca/Majorca region is the unspoiled part of Puerto Pollensa and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The Puerto Pollensa / Bellresguard area is a beautiful tourist and port town in the north of Majorca.

Short-breaks (4 days or fewer) or corporate bookings will be considered.
Rates notes:
Change over dates are normally Saturday. Other days are possible by arrangement with owner.
