A new raised ground floor apartment in one of the most exclusive resorts on the Spanish Coast. Part of the Playa Macenas Golf & Beach Resort, situated on the unspoilt Beach, surrounded by the stunning natural park of Cabo de Gata. 1km south of Mojacar with its beautiful white hill top village with myriad cobbled streets with a wide array of good quality restaurants & bars. This tastefully furnished apartment has an open plan dining area & bright sitting room. Fully equiped kitchen 4 ring electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, washing machine, iron & board. The dining area has a large table & 6 chairs. Into the sitting room with 2 leather sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV & DVD. Master bedroom comprises double bed & large double wardrobe with ensuite bath with shower, double sink, seperate wc & bidet. 2 further Twin bedrooms both with large wardrobes & shower room with sink & W.C. Fully air conditioned/heated providing comfort for every season. 24hr security. Enjoy the facilities of the 5* Beach Club, lounge & terrace bar. 3 swimming pools. 18 hole golf course.
Playa Macenas 5* Beach and Golf Resort is situated in Mojacar in the Province of Almeria. The area offers natural and cultural attractions. The resort is surrounded by the Cabo de Gata Natural Park with its UNESCO biosphere reserve, plus the European Tabernas Desert is very close at hand. Mojacar offers 17 kilometres of unspoilt beaches with its many restaurants and bars to suit every taste. It is said that Walt Disney lived in the romantic white village of Mojacar perched high on the hilltop which has long been the haunt of Bohemiens and Artists and where many free spirits are still residing. The lively fishing port at Garrucha, is only a 10 minute drive away, where fresh fish is brought to the market daily, and, during the summer a nightly craft fair is held. For the family there is the nearby Water Park at Vera and also Mini Hollywood Studios at Tabernas Desert where many famous Spagetti Westerns have been filmed. If you want to venture further skiing in Sierra Nevada is less than a 2 hour drive away, enabling you to combine sun, sea, snow and golf all in one day.
Booking notes:
Booking deposit of 30% is required (non-refundable in the event of cancellation). Full rental to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival or reservation could be cancelled.
A £250 refundable damage deposit is required with the final balance and will be returned upon satisfactory checkout.
Rates notes:
Cleaning & laundry charges will be added for stays of 1 week or less. For rentals over one week, free apartment cleaning is provided.
Private parking, security service, maintenance, and all pool accesses are included.

This large siiting room is very bright and airy and enjoys uninterrupted views over the large infinity pool at the beach club and out to the Meditteranean Sea. It has 2 large leather sofas with additional seating, coffee table, large flat screen TV and DVD player plus various other storage unitss etc
Dining room notes:
As well as having a seperate dining room which is adjacent to the kitchen and open plan to the living room which comfortably sits 6 we also have a large glass and wicker dining table on the terrace again with 6 chairs which is perfect for breakfast, lunch or diner as it looks out to the sea and overlooks the beautiful beach club

Bedroom 3 - 1 Single/ Double Day Bed
The Master bedroom has built in wardrobes and chest of drawers with views over the beach club and out to sea. It also has a door to the terrace.
The second bedroom is arranged as a twin bedroom but the single beds can be pushed together. This also has a built in wardrobe.
The third bedroom has a single bed with a further pull out day bed turning this into a double or two singles. Again has chest of drawers and built in wardrobes
All rooms have roll down security shutters which act as a partial or total black out dependent on your needs.
Bathroom notes:
The master bedroom has his and hers sinks to the ensuite bathroom which has a shower and bath plus bidet and w.c.
The second bathroom is arranged as a shower room with sink, bidet and w.c.

We spent a week at this fabulous resort just south of Mojacar. The apartment is well located, overlooking the beach club, which consists of lovely infinity pool and bar, and the sea. The apartment is very well equipped; the kitchen has plenty of cutlery and crockery, pans etc as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a spacious balcony with table and chairs. We had many meals there, overlooking the Mediterranean.
A car is necessary to get to Mojacar and further afield. There are many restaurants in both the new town and the old town up in the hills. There's lots of delicious fresh fish and meat available.
All together a lovely part of the country, and great place to spend a relaxing week away from home.
We had a brilliant fortnight in this stylish apartment at Playa Macenas. Its one of the best located apartments on the site with great views overlooking the clubhouse and sea beyond. The complex is outside the main town which meant that although we had to drive everywhere it was in a lovely location and very peaceful.
The apartment was very well equipped and everything was clean and new.
We lounged by the infinity pool & bar during the day and enjoyed an evening meal on the balcony or went into town to eat out.
We can particularly recommend El Cid, one of the beach bars in Mojacar we hired loungers for the day and spent the afternoon on the beach with a guaranteed table for the evening- great fresh fish.
We also had a fantastic meal at Los Pastores high up in Cortijo Cabrera near Turre ( follow the little kerb side signs!!) It was a bit of a magical mystery tour but the views made it worthwhile & great food
( we went for Sunday lunch wouldnt recommend driving at night!)
The golf course was a gift for my husband and the rest if us just enjoyed chilling out.

My family needed a holiday where we could all do the things we wanted. Nick my husband is very keen on golf and he loved the course here at the resort but also went to 2 others very close by. Emma our daughter wanted nightlife and sunshine and she got both, at least when she got up! Daniel our son is very sporty and loved the sailing and fishing, (oh and the golf and and and...) and I enjoyed the spa and the pool side bar and the wonderful hill top village in Mojacar. The apartment is in an amzing position overlooking the beach club but not disturbed by it at all. We all loved having breakfast or dinner on the terrace and everything is brand new and so comfortable. The views are amazing and the national park is really special to visit. I highly recommend this part of Spain and couldnt be happier with the apartment and the service from the owner. Thanks Debbie.
