The property is included in a new Polaris world resort, Condado de Alhama, Jardines de Alhama with its own Moorish style town centre, near to Mazarron Beaches and the Espunas Nature Reserve. It is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, 18 holes bear jack Nicklaus signature golf course, with free shuttles buses to each of the other 7 Polaris World Resorts in Murcia. Stunning unspoiled beaches and 2 major nature reserve parks, The Espuna mountains and Copa Negra coastal nature parks, are just a 15 minute drive away, while major shopping centres in Murcia and Cartagena are just 20 minute drive away. This resort is surrounded by stunning views of the mountains and unspoilt rural landscapes.

There are a wide range of leisure activities on offer on the resort. Examples are golf course, soccer pitches, tennis courts, racket ball courts, squash courts, kiddies' play areas, and cycle lanes. Outside the resort, you are only 10-20min away from the Beaches of Mazorran and the Waterpark and Zoo in Murcia. Within 5min drive, you can find go-karting and paint balling along with off-road quad biking and motocross.

Rates notes:

* 50 Euro non refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking. The balance to be paid at least three weeks prior to departure.

There is a 200euro security deposit which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return home, subject to satisfactory property inspection. 25euro will be retained from the breakage deposit should the oven require a ‘deep clean’.

Additional charges: 100 Euro in cash, payable on arrival, for meet and greet with keys service, cleaning apartment, and laundry after departure.

* While the Public Transport system is good and there are a number of English speaking Taxi Drivers on the Resort, hiring a car is recommended. The owner has a 7 seat Galaxy on site for use of guests but it might not be available at all times. Car hire can be arranged.
