Restaurants and the main hotel is within walking distance with meals, drinks bar facilities and some entertainments. Broadband is also available for a small charge if you couldn't leave your laptop at home! Local shops cater for most needs-walk/ taxi (inexpensive) Remla (main town) for banks, shops, ATM's and weekly Market.
The property has a wrap around upstairs balcony, patio leading from the kitchen and patio overlooking and surrounding the pool area. Additionally the villa has a half dome in the pool area and palm trees providing shade. All patio areas have tables/chairs/sun loungers for relaxing/eating al fresco and set in a walled garden.The villa is equipped to a high standard with well equipped kitchen, American style fridge/freezer dispensing ice cubes, digital electric hob unit and wall oven.The villa has the benefit of electric blinds (except studio) and mosquito blinds throughout.The large outdoor pool has a deep end (6foot) with ladder and shallow end with steps. Bedroom 1 (family room) and bedroom 2 are located upstairs with access to a family bathroom with corner bath and shower over. Bedrooms 3 is downstairs with adjacent shower/toilet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the studio accessed directly though a connecting door. Bedroom 4 is a separate twin room and 5 an occasional bedroom in the main area. Equipped with some toys books and games the studio rooms have traditionally been used for children. All windows (villa and studio) are fitted with fly/mosquito screens (pull down as required) this means fresh air through without the worry of any insects. Electric blinds are fitted throughout the villa with the exception of the studio where curtains are fitted. All bedrooms/bathrooms have marble tiling to floor areas. All rooms are light and airy equipped with clothes hangers, fans, bed linen, duvets, pillows and storage. Portable heaters and blankets are available for cooler winter nights.The villa was built in 2006/7 and is therefore in very good order. |
