The ground floor also comprises of a fully equipped italian kitchen and cloakroom plus a very pleasant lounge/dining room.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and the master family bedroom with a bathroom en-suite plus balcony with sea views and 2 additional double bedrooms with a bathroom. The top floor above has an open plan bedroom/living room with en-suite bathroom, leading onto a sunny terrace with day bed and spectacular sea views.
This well maintained house is exquisitely furnished and includes the following features: central heating, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and satellite TV plus wireless broadband internet.
The property is also suitable for children. A cot can be supplied on arrival at an extra small cost while cot linen must be supplied by the guests themselves for health and safety reasons. There are also air-conditioning units in the bedrooms only. There are sunbeds both on the terrace and around the poolside while the pools are immaculate.
The beach development is in walking distance to Port Adriano with its marina, beach and up market restaurants. For golf lovers, there are some places in the world, such as St. Andrews in Scotland, that are synonymous with golf. Mallorca's equivalent is the stunning resort of Golf Santa Ponsa. Golf Santa Ponsa is Mallorca's principal golf village, containing 3 courses and a stunning 4 star hotel.
One of the distinguished elder statesmen of Mallorca golf, Santa Ponsa hosted the Balearic Open on the European Tour on 7 occasions between 1988 and 1998. Santa Ponsa 1 is open to the public, whilst Santa Ponsa II and III are for members only. The golf courses are only a 5 min taxi ride away.
