Description
Perched 300ft above the Caribbean Sea it sits looking straight at the magnificent Pitons across Soufriere Bay. Vast living areas are provided both inside the house and around the infinity edge swimming pool. A 60 foot sitting room and covered verandah provide ample relaxation space for entertaining and unwinding. All four double en-suite bedroom suits have direct Piton views and their own balcony areas. The horizon from the house also sweeps round to the setting sun offering one of the most amazing and romantic locations imaginable. A private path leads down 300feet to a stony beach which is directly on one of the islands marine dive reserves.
We have provided a number of ipod docking stations. The house is located on a steep hillside 300 feet above the Caribbean Sea. The site therefore has many steps and places where young children or infirm people could fall or get into difficulties. The house is fully staffed with daily housekeeping, cooking, pool and deck cleaning and gardeners. The staff will also shop for our guests provided the cash is provided by the guests for each shopping trip. We can arrange airport transfers with friendly taxi services, boating trips, scuba diving and car hire. Please just let us know how we can help.
The magnificent living areas provide ample space for entertaining or quiet corners for peace and quiet to read and unwind. The gargantuan (60” x 30”) sitting room has a polished hardwood floor and large white sofas. The end third of the sitting room is a covered verandah with views of the Pitons and across the deck and pool area to the west. A perfect place to sip rum punch and watch the sun go down. There are two large TVs with DVD, one with home cinema, and an ipod docking station. A growing collection of paper back books is being constantly added to by our guests. Cards and some classic board games are also available.

* Five double bedroom suites all with private en-suit bathrooms with showers, basins and bidets by Villory & Boch as well as dressing areas. Two of the rooms have traditional West Indian louvred windows with no glass and ceiling fans, both these rooms have access to a large shared balcony. One of these rooms also has a twin bedded children's room off it which is suitable for children at a small additional cost. This master suite also has it's own private balcony off the bathroom. another double bedroom suite has louvres and floor standing fan. The other two main bed room suits are air conditioned and have their own private large balcony through large glass patio doors. All 4 double bedrooms face the Pitons and have magnificent views. Floors are polished hard wood or ceramic tile. |
