If you value a peaceful and beautiful location directly on the Piste, truly exclusive and modern, this apartment has it all.

The accommodation comprises of a large Entrance Hall leading to open plan Kitchen/Dinner/Lounge with hide upholstered sofa and flat screen TV. The Bedroom with South-facing balcony and a fully-tilled Bathroom also lead off the Hallway. All rooms are furnished to a very high standard.

Rila Park facilities include a fabulous Spa and swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Steam Rooms, Sauna, Fitness Centre and ski storage space.

The apartment can sleep 2 people comfortably, although the sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate an additional 2 people. Both balconies offer superb views over the Piste and Forest, perfect spots to enjoy the panorama after a day on the slopes.

Borovets is well known for its reliable skiing conditions and is suitable for all levels of skiers, from those of you who have never skied before to those who are more advanced. We can offer you all your equipment and lessons from our own ski school HUNTERS with high class instructors all based 20 meters from the slopes.

NOTE: We offer you free shuttle bus to the centre of Borovets every day if you book a full ski pack with us. We also have our own ski school with instructors.

We have an office on site with English speaking representative to assist you.
All ski equipment can be stored at the ski school just 20 meters from the foot of the slopes.

Welcome packs can be provided at the cost of 15 pounds.
There is also secure parking and 24 hour security.

Local leisure activites	Bulgaria is often referred to as Europe’s best kept secrets and has some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe that will make you want to come back again and again. Borovets is based around Mt Mussla which is the highest mountain in the Balkan Peninsula at 2,925m. The mountains lie in the Rila National Park which is protected by the U.N. It is Bulgaria’s largest national park containing 81,000hectares, two thirds of which is covered in forest. The snow starts to arrive from mid December making the whole area look like a winter wonderland and lasts till April. The temperature can range from -17 in the winter to 38c in the summer, when everyone barbecues by the rivers which run all over the national park, so why not make the most of the summer as well there is so much to do walks, horse riding, golf, fishing and the lake offers many water sports. This winter resort offers a wide selection of bars, night clubs, shops that are full of local crafts and family restaurants including the only non smoking restaurant in the resort. Plenty of fun is to be had both in the resort and in Samokov, the local town 5 minutes down the road where they have an ice rink in the winter. There is also a daily local produce market and once a week a large street market, you will also find lots of local cafe bars to enjoy a bit of lunch.
