This amazing villa can accommodate nine guests has a large private swimming pool and sun terraces where you can relax and unwind.
Villa Kastania is surrounded by hillsides covered in olive and fruit trees and has an abundance of walking trails and old donkey paths to explore. The nearest beach to the villa is just a few klm away and Skopelos Town is reached by car in only a few short minutes. Alternatively , the downhill walk to town is approximately half an hour away including the stroll through a myriad of winding back streets filled with craft and gift shops. While the town has a large array of traditional Greek tavernas, the picturesque waterfront is also a wonderful place to while away the hours just sitting and drinking coffee.
The island of Skopelos is the largest of the three Sporades islands. Unspoilt and authentic it remains traditionally Greek. Skopelos is an old town and is a delight to explore, with narrow cobbled streets, white painted houses draped in bougainvillea and over 100 beautiful churches. Considered to be one of the prettiest harbour side towns in the Greek islands. Wandering around the town you will discover a wide range of individual shops, boutiques and bars. On the harbour front you will find a vast array of tavernas all tempting you with traditional Greek cuisine.
As you explore further into the interior of the island, you will discover the true beauty of Skopelos. Lush and green, the hillsides are covered in dense pine forests, olive groves and fruit orchards. Accompanied by the sound of cicadas and the scent of oregano and wild rosemary, you will see many different species of birds, butterflies and lizards, as well as flowers and shrubs.
