Description

This large villa near Barcelona is ideally located near the cultural attractions of Barcelona, the lively town and extensive beaches of Sitges, and only a few minutes drive from the famous Penedes wine region. The villa faces the Garraf natural park ideal for picturesque walks or bike rides.

Can Marce once produced 140,000 litres of wine a year and has now been restored to a high standard but with care to maintain much of its original character. All the rooms are large, many with their original wooden beams and floor tiles. Outside is a large terrace that runs the length of the villa with wooden garden tables and chairs for outside dining, served by a large BBQ.

The villa is available to rent for groups of either up to 20 people. Outside July and August we also rent to smaller groups. Either way you will have exclusive use of the house and private swimming pool. (Prices adjusted accordingly, contact us for details) It has full self-catering facilities, but also an English speaking housekeeper and cook available to provide catering and cleaning services when you want to truly relax. The house is rented either as a 6 bedroom or 9 bedroom property.
During July and August we let the entire house, 9 bedrooms up to 20 people, for 7 day periods.
The prices quoted above from 1 October 2011 to 27 April 2012 are for up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms.
Outside peak season we can be more flexible. Guests may rent fewer rooms for shorter periods and still have exclusive use of the property and pool.
Prices are per week in UK pounds.
To confirm the reservation we require 30% booking fee. Final payment is made 6 weeks before the holiday plus a £400 refundable breakages deposit.
Prices include maid service for 2 hours, 2 days per week, final clean, our English speaking housekeeper will be available to meet your needs during your stay. Also towels and pool towels and linen are provided as well as a welcome basket with basic provisions on arrival. The pool is attended to as well as the garden. We also have additional services including a chef service, babysitting, extra cleaning, shopping, experienced tour guide, airport collection or drop off services available to make your stay truly enjoyable
