In a quite location but still in reach of all the main attractions of the Algarve. A short drive to the beautiful town of Silves. The well equipped villa benefits from a sunny south facing position. Swimming pool is totally private and not over looked and is secure for children. Inside the villa is very well equipped include Sky TV and WIFI access. Situated in the lovely Odelouca valley you can enjoy the real Portugal.
The Algarve is famed for its beaches which are the best in Europe, but there is so much more to the region such as the wonderful night life, the history, the beautiful countryside an of course the fantastic weather.
Nearby to the villa is the Historic city of Silves with its large castle, cathedral and old medieval streets. A short drive takes you to the beach at Pria da Rocha, this is a large and beautiful beach where you can enjoy many activities. If water parks are your thing then there is a choice of four on the Algarve as well as the fantastic zoo marine where you can see the dolphins.
In Silves you can find many restaurants and bars and during the summer months there are many events held. Why not take an evening stroll along the beautiful river bank through the park or walk through the medieval streets up to the castle which is the best preserved on the Algarve. During August there is a fantastic two week Medieval festival which is well worth visiting.
