Description
Mornington has seven bedrooms comfortably sleep fifteen to twenty guests. There are four large living rooms, two hot tubs and a sauna.
If you want to stay in a real home rather than a rental unit then this is the house for you! This house has over 5,200 sq/ft of luxury space over three floors. You have seven full bedrooms plus den, as well as four large living rooms, so you have plenty of luxurious privacy. There are two hot-tubs, two laundry rooms and a sauna.
On the upper floor we have two master suites - each with sitting-room and en-suite, two luxury double bedrooms (both with en-suite) and a kids bunk room.
The ground floor has a huge brand-new main kitchen/diner with island, breakfast table and a new sitting area with awesome mountain views from the sofas (the coffee/reading/collapsing-after-the-hot-tub area). All totally new for the 2010/11 ski season (check out the new photos).
There are three entry lobbies all with ski racks, boot storage and under floor heating. The rear main deck has barbecue and hot-tub overlooking the Monashees.
The ground floor also has the main living/dining room with leather sofas, wood stove and pine dining table for twelve. At the front there is another living-room with TV and couches.
The lower floor has a master bedroom with en-suite and a kids bunk room with two pairs of bunks plus a kids den with four more beds, TV and sofa.. There is a kitchen diner with dining table for six as well as a laundry, a large Infrared Sauna and hot-tub.
There is Wi-Fi of course, ALTEC i-pod hi-fi systems, a color PC printer, six TVs, several DVD players AND a 42" HDTV with PS3 and NETFLIX

Activities Skiing and bike trail are about less than a 1 minute walk from the property. Golf Courses There are 3 courses within a walking or driving distance. Predator Ridge and Vernon Golf Club are about a 30 minute drive/taxi from the property. Several good courses are located near Vernon. Snow Skiing & Boarding The nearest ski lifts are about less than a 1 minute walk from the property. You can ski out from the deck onto the skiway leading down to the main 6-pack chairlift. Alternatively it is a 4-minute walk to the Silver Queen run, or take the free shuttle bus into the village. Waterfront and/or Beach Property is near the lake. A coarse sand beach, gradual for a long distance is a 90 minute drive/taxi from the property. There is no access for boats. Lakes within 30 minutes for summer fun! In the summer it is a 20-minute drive down to many lakes with beaches.

Directions
The Kelowna Airport airport is about a 90 minute drive/taxi from the property. It is a 50-minute drive to Kelowna (regular flights to Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Seattle) or 20 minutes to Vernon (more limited flights).
Transit
The shuttle is about a 90 minute bus/shuttle from the property.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk from the property. There are restaurants in the village, but only a small shop. Full shopping is available in Vernon, a 20-minute drive.
