Description
Cortijo Bancal de los Pérez has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six guests. The house has a private swimming pool overlooking the surrounding countryside.
This traditional Cortijo is located in the heart of the Alpujarras, near the village of Carataunas. It is a family house that has been handed down over generations and has been lovingly restored in a rustic style, whilst also providing all the modern facilities you would need.
There is a private swimming pool set in the well-maintained gardens overlooking the surrounding countryside with views to the gorge and the valleys and hills around. The house is set in almost one hectare of land, with olive, orange and almond trees, and a vegetable garden that guests are invited to take produce from when in season. The large lawn with sun-loungers provides plenty of space for relaxation, and there is also a brick-built in barbecue and a reading area with stone table and benches.
Inside there is a large open-plan living and dining area, with open fireplace and TV. The kitchen has a fridge, small oven, hobs, microwave and washing machine. The three bedrooms have electric radiators for the winter months, and they share a bathroom with shower cubicle.
