Podere Collinella 3 has one bedroom comfortably sleeps up to two guests. The property has amazing surrounding countryside views.
This lovely property has been sensitively renovated using the original materials but now offers all modern facilities and comforts. It is in a small development sharing a large communal pool and enjoying amazing 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside. Ideally placed between San Gimignano and the former Etruscan capital , Volterra, it is the perfect location for exploring Tuscany.
The apartment is light and spacious with doors leading from the sitting room and the bedroom onto terraces and pretty gardens.The bedroom has ample room for a cot, there is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is unique in that it has two gardens so that one can sip a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset at the back of the property ,or relax in the sun on the south facing terrace at the front. It is fully equipped for comfort and there are added little luxuries which guests have appreciated.
The views are stunning and location peaceful yet within easy reach of the major attractions of Tuscany. There are many walks and trails from the property into the surrounding countryside.

Podere Collinella is a group of converted farm buildings ins a beautiful rural location. it is situated at the end of a 3km private, 'white road' ..
The pool is 14m by 7 m ,and 1.5 m deep, shallow end,equipped with sun loungers and accessible down a few steps from the door of Collinella. It is open from May to September.. The pool is not securely fenced.
The hamlet is accessed by a private road , it is gated and has a designated parking area so that views all around are unspoilt. Parking is restricted to the parking area and cars are not to be left outside apartments to restrict views.
Mosquito netted windows to bedroom.
As Podere Collinella is situated on a slight hill , regrettably ,it is not particularly suitable for wheelchair users.
The paths are gravel which would make wheelchair use more difficult.
We have a 2 and a 3 bedroom apartments also available .
The pool is fenced but not secure for small children, and there is no children's pool.
25% deposit required on booking and the remainder 8 weeks before occupation.
We have a strict no smoking policy please.
