The house is situated in a top hill position with a beautiful panorama only 2 kilometers from the small charming village of Rigomagno, between Siena and Arezzo (both cities are around 30 Kilometers far away). There are 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 bed places + 2 single sofa beds (suitable for children) in the living room. It has also tables and chairs for eating outside and to cook also at disposition a stone oven/barbecue. The house has a large garden with private pool (13x5).
It is an ideal point of departure to visit Tuscany, Umbria and also Rome. From the property in only 15 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence and in only 10 minutes on the speedway Siena-Perugia. There is a train station available in Sinalunga (8 Kilometers far away), the train brings you in around 2 hours in Rome and Florence. 2 little supermarkets and 6 restaurants are available in the town of Lucignano (7 Kilometers from the house). Lucignano, 414 above the see level, is a small town that represents one of the more extraordinary examples of medieval urban planning for its system of elliptic rings arrived intact over the centuries. There is a large supermarket near Sinalunga. There is a 9 holes (par 34) golf course 12 kilometers far away near Bettolle.
