It has 2 relaxing seating areas, one with traditional sofas around a Georgian style fireplace & TV and the other with deep stylish rattan furniture around a large coffee table, a downstairs cloakroom leads off the lounge. A lovely wrought iron stair case leads to the first floor.The dining area focuses on a pretty French style table &chairs conveniently next to the well appointed kitchen with smart black granite surfaces.The gardens are well equipped with 6 sun beds, 2 dining tables 12 chairs, sun umbrellas & lawns around a large 10X5 m underlit pool ,with graded steps for easy access also a shower &BBQ. Villa Delphia is 3 mins from the sea and an hours drive to the top of the Troodos mountains (2000m high) with pretty wine producing villages,Omodos is a must.Aphrodites rock is 5mins down the coast where you can swim in crystal clear water and gain eternal youth! Villa Delphia is 5 mins from the delightful village of Kouklia,with several charming unspoilt tavernas & restaurants, 2 well stocked shops,museum dedicated to Aphrodite & a very old church. We love to walk there cross country when its not too hot. Villa Delphia is only a few mins drive from the golf club house & gardens,a stylish venue for drinks or lunch.It is 7 mins from Aphrodite Hills with beautifull spa,several restaurants & first class golf. 15 mins from Pissouri Beach with swimming ,water sports & sailing.

What a wonderfull villa
Many thanks for letting us rent your villa-it was absolutely fantastic and totally made the holiday,one of the best we have had.We loved seeing around the island but all the facilities made it a most welcoming sanctuary when we wanted to escape the heat.... must admit still missing sitting under your gorgeous flowering blooms for an early morning cup of tea,swimming in the pool late at night,watching the sun set and the beautiful sea view as you drove down onto the main road- I wish I were there now! If you want any more recommendations for your web-site please add us.Have recommended to all our friends and already know we definitely want to come back.

A lovely luxury Villa.
We stayed in Villa Delphia in mid-november and had a wonderful time.The luxuery villa is spacious and luxurious,with a light airy feel everywhere together with a large pool.With three en-suite bedrooms and a variety of indoor and outdoor sitting areas we found it the perfect place to relax.The sun shone brilliantly each day and we were able to eat our meals al fresco even at this time of year at all times of day.

We all (6) thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight in your lovely villa in Cyprus.For two teenage kids(16 and 19) to give it the WOW factor was praise indeed, so much so that we were more than happy to hang about the villa.
