Erin Villa is a spacious luxury private villa with swimming pool and landscaped gardens front, rear & to the sides.
The garden includes banana, lime & lemon trees (great for gin & tonics in the sun) & a variety of herbs; lovely to throw on the bbq whilst cooking.
There are patio doors leading to the verandah & garden throughout the open plan downstairs area.
The villa has three bedrooms & can sleep up to 8/9 guests.
There is a double bed sofa, put up single bed & travel cot provided
Erin Villa is a beautiful, privately owned three bedroom villa, furnished and equipped to a very high standard.
It features a private pool, landscaped gardens, air conditioning and heating.
The Villa has one main bathroom and one en-suite shower room, plus a downstairs WC & wash hand basin.
The dining room can seat up to eight people in comfort.
The kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, & toaster.
There is also a utility room with clothes airer,iron and ironing board.
Board games are supplied as well as dvd & book library.
Erin Villa is in the south west of Cyprus, just 10 minutes drive east from the airport and twenty minutes from the ancient harbor town of Paphos.
It is also conveniently close to three of the most prestigious golf courses in Cyprus; Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Tsada. For families, couples and golfers, it is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday or a base for exploring the sights of south west Cyprus
The villa looks over the sea so there are plenty of beaches along the coastline both towards Paphos where there are lots of water sports, beach bars etc or more quieter beaches if you prefer

Fantastic villa in excellent location
I am a real sun worshipper so I really enjoyed the 1sr floor sun terrace where I could sunbathe in peace & quiet. It was also good to lie around the pool & take a quick dip to cool down or float on the water on the lielows. The bbq was great as we just chilled out & ate in about 3 or 4 times in the fortnight, We also headed into Paphos a few nights to sample the clubbing night life. The little restaurants & bars in the nearby towns & villages were very friendly & hospitable.
I would recommed this villa for any age group, we are all in our 20s but is also ideal for families or older folk. Very central for visiting places of historic interest & beauty spots.
The villa was extremely will equipped for either cooking inside or barbequing. In the dining area the table sits 8 but we always ate out in the cool night air.
Fab holiday in every way & can't wait to go back.
