Surrounded by mountains, lakes and 4 castles, these 3 new sunny elegant luxury apartments have stunning views of Neuschwanstein castle, each cover an entire floor and offer 1 or 2 bedrooms/1-2bathrooms. Ideal for a couple, but sleep up to 4 people.

You will enjoy dream kitchens incl. dishwasher, washer/dryer/iron, a massage chair to relax in, luxury bathrooms, flat screen TV, DVD, iphone docking station, large balcony or sun deck / terrace, free WiFi internet access and iphone docking station as well as spacious sunny 860sq.ft living space on each floor.

Perfect location surrounded by nature but only 5 minutes walk from beach, 10 minutes walk from village centre, 20 minutes walk to the castles and 25 minutes walk from hitoric town Fussen.

Schwangau provides all the leisure opportunities you could wish for: golf, tennis, hiking, horse riding, paragliding, cycling, mountain biking, rock climbing, sailing, swimming, canoeing and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, ski touring and snow shoeing. You can take the horse carriage/sledge to the castles or the deer feeding areas, join the local festivals and admire the Bavarian dress (Lederhosen and Dirndl) and enjoy a variety of beers and culinary highlights. Golf

Within 20 minutes you can be on a high quality 18 hole golf course in Lechbruck enjoying the exceptional natural beauty with a mountain panorama as your back drop. Within 15 minutes you will find a golf school for beginners and those who want to improve their skills.

Skiing

5 minutes from our house are the first ski lifts and the almost 2000m high Tegelberg. Located in the lovely village of Schwangau, the apartment is a true gem in a great location, close to many outdoor activities, including: mountain walks; cycling; hand gliding; white water rafting; canoeing etc. The upper floor apartment, recently converted using local materials is finished to a very high standard and you will not be disappointed with the quality fit-out. The views of the mountains and Neuschwanstien castle are a real bonus. The owners are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them in making your stay comfortable. They speak German and English, have excellent local knowledge and are keen to share their experiences and recommend everything from restaurants to the best mountain walks. With so much to see and do in the local area this is a really is a hidden gem of an apartment in one of Europes best kept secrets of a location. From Munich Airport follow the A96 towards Lindau then exit at Landsberg taking the B17 all the way to Schwangau.
