Description
Ideally situated 2 bedroom modern ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 6 people. Front and back spacious terraces, modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Air-conditioned and underground parking. Shared pool and children's play area. Families catered for with a travel cot, highchair and toys provided. Ideal location with a 3 minute walk to the beach and promenade for shops, bars and restaurants etc and a great central location to many nearby attractions.
Accessibility
Although we are on the ground floor there are 8 steps up to the apartment. However there is a lift to the basement where you access the pool. Would suit partial mobility only. Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
Additional Information/services
Welcome basket available at a small extra charge. Please advise when booking. A range of activities such as surfing, kite surfing and horse riding lessons can be organised before or during your stay. A 'what to do' information pack will be in the apartment for when you arrive and this will provide you additional information on local activities, places to visit, things to do etc. We have a management company based in Martinho and can be contacted at any time for any questions. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to receive the 'What to do' pack before you arrive in Portugal.

recommended Car hire is strongly recommended. Although Sao Martinho do Porto has a train station it is a local line so a car would give more flexibility. If you just want a beach holiday you would not need a car. |

Directions
Nearest airport is Lisbon (1 hour drive). Porto airport is 2.5 hours.
10 minute walk to the Old Town Market, open every morning with fantastic fresh produce (great bread).
15 minute walk (3 min drive) to the supermarket (Intermarche), 2 minute walk to local Portuguese general store.
3 minute walk to beach and promenade for bars and restaurants.
20 min drive to Nazare.
25 min to Obidos the famous medieval walled town. Caldas da Raina 15 mins. Lisbon 1 hour.
