Situated on the edge of the idyllic coastal town Sao Martinho do Porto, this modern ground floor apartment is a short ten minute stroll from the sandy beach which curls around the shell shaped bay. The new three bedroom apartment sleeps six and has two bathrooms with a Jacuzzi bath and shower, a large lounge with dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen. Within the gated complex there is a swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, and a tennis court for you to enjoy. There is also a Table Tennis room. The traditional town has a daily market and a monthly open air antiques fair. In the town and along the seafront, you will find bars, coffee houses and lovely restaurants. For golf enthusiasts, there are several courses in the surrounding area. Other activities include horse riding, mountain biking and water sports.

Coast/Beach The apartment is about 250m from the beautiful shell shaped bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. This is an ideal family beach. A little further afield, Nazare and Foz do Arelho are ideal for surfing. Golf Several courses within a short drive: Praia d'el Rey championship course, 18 holes (30 minute drive). Golden Eagle – Rio Maior, 18 holes (30 minute drive). Vimeiro, 9 holes (50 minute drive). Botado, 9 holes (40 minute drive).

Directions
Lisbon International Airport is approximately one hour's drive while Porto Airport is just over 2 hour's drive. We recommend hiring a car if you wish to explore the surrounding areas although this is not an absolute necessity as there are numerous local amenities all within walking distance. From both Lisbon and Porto trains stop at Sao Martinho do Porto. Allow approx 3 hours. Express coach service from Lisbon. Approx 1.5 hours.
