Brand new one bed apartment on the third floor with balcony overlooking the communal pool, boasts a luxury marble bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. Located only 10 minutes walk to beach, restaurants and bustling seaside town.
The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast region consists of the next bay north known as Nazaré, which is just a 10 minute drive and leads to another popular Portuguese destination with cliffs and large open stretches of beaches. The Foz do Arelho area is also a popular destination as it is only 10 minutes away from the south with its own very individual Obidos Lagoon, an ideal destination for young children. It meets the Atlantic and is mostly visited by surfers.
The Sao Martinho do Porto area, a specific place in Costa de Prata/Silver Coast region, is a lovely traditional Portuguese holiday destination where geusts can walk to the beach, enjoy the summer activities and walk along the new promenade all around the bay with raised wooden walkways to take in the local scenery.
The apartment is just a short walk from a variety of different restauraunts,bars and cafes. There are also plenty of shops,supermarkets,a bank and tourist information including the market, selling fresh local produce and is only a two minute walk. It is also open every day except Mondays.
The Golf course is currently in the course of construction, however there is golf nearby Prai de Rey which is approximately 30 minutes of driving together with Golden Eagle at Rio Maior, an approx 30 minutes drive besides a number of other small courses.
There ares also some local facilities available in Sao Martinho do Porto which includes restaurants, shops, banks, post office, tourist information, with a splash park at nearby Nazaré, perfect for an afternoon strolling around the area while doing shopping.

Directions
Sao Martinho Do Porto is easily accessed from either Lisbon airport (1 hours drive) or porto (2.5 hours). A number of low cost airlines fly here. A car is recommended but alternatively a train or bus can be taken from Lisbon or Porto.
Nearest airport is Lisbon which is approx 60 mins drive. Hire car recommended. Porto 2.5 hrs north and Faro approx 3.5 hrs south, all on toll roads. Please ask for details.
