This stunning luxury apartment sits in its own complex in the village Sant Antoni de Calonge, at 100 meters from the famous beaches of the Costa Brava. It is finished to a very high standard and comprehensively equipped with all modern conveniences. While the exterior of the property benefits from sunny as well as shady areas and is facing south, the interior of the apartment has been tastefully decorated and has a metropolitan feel. The underground allocated car park has space for a medium size vehicle. The pool is suitable for young children and can be seen from both the sitting room and bedroom and is communal but private to the complex. Car required?	recommended This unique area of the Costa Brava remains unspoilt, and is characterised by green, lush rolling hillsides covered in evergreen cork, olive and oak. There are magnificent beaches, sandy coves, and historic coastal and inland villages to visit, all within easy driving distance. The local area also has beautiful coastal walks and countryside trails to enjoy. Plenty of activities for young people, including all the usual water-sports, plus cycling, kayaking, snorkeling, horse riding, karting, quad-biking- all nearby. It's also easy to get to the wonderful cities of Barcelona and Perpignan for a day out, by train or car, and the beautiful and historic towns of Girona, La Bisbal, Besalu, Cadaques and Figueres, are even nearer, as well as the Undveleoped, Naturistic beach of Castell with its Ancient Iberic ruins. There are many family activities nearby like the Aguadiver Waterpark, PPS Theme park, and Magic Land Amusement park. Our agents live closeby and will be happy to assist you.
Local leisure activities	There are 8 excellent championship courses and 2 par 3 courses all within 5 - 40 minutes drive of from our luxury property. Five of which were voted among the top 50 golf courses in Europe by Golf World. The famous Mas Nou Golf Course, with its incredible views, lies at the top of the mountain directly opposite. Don’t assume that a low handicap ensures you won’t loose a few balls!!! For the less adventurous there are 7 other golf courses at normal altitude! The Club de Golf in Sant Cristina d´Aro, The Serres de Pals Golf Course & The Playa de Pals Golf Course in Pals, and the PGA Golf de Catalunya Golf Course only 20 mins away. A visit to the ever improving and expanding Emporda Golf Courses is essential. The Pitch & Putt par 3 golf courses are great quality golf courses, for the more inexperienced, or casual golfers, wishing to enjoy an afternoon of fresh air, and natural settings while chatting and entertaining with friends.
