The penthouse apartment is situated on the very popular Fairways Club on Amarilla Golf. The apartment has stunning sea views from its very large, totally private, double fronted terrace, with built in BBQ and is accessed from both the lounge and the master bedroom. The private roof terrace, again with all day sun, has spectacular 360 degree views over the golf course, mountains, sea and pool.
With 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge the apartment offers flexible accommodation. It is equipped for all your needs and includes; fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave etc. The lounge has a 32' LCD TV, DVD, cd/radio and ceiling fan. The bedrooms have twin beds, ample storage, safe and fans.
The heated swimming pool has a separate children's section, a must for families. Younger children will enjoy the play area, whilst for older children there is table tennis, a pool table, internet room and wi-fi connection on site
Fairways Club is situated within the Amarilla Golf & Country Club. It is a secure, gated complex totally private and secure accessed only by guests. Within easy walking distance is the new Marina, where you can relax with a drink or be adventurous and take the Submarine Safari. The coastal path, five minutes away, goes for miles along the coast, great for walkers. There are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. Amarilla Golf Club and Golf del Sur are in the vicinity whilst Las Americal Golf is nearby. Los Christianos and Las Americas, both lively resorts are also nearby. Also in walking distance is the small volcanic sandy beach, safe for bathing.
Tenerife Carnivals: Tenerife plays host to several spectacular celebrations over the course of the year. Perhaps the most traditional religious festivals on the islands are known as the pilgrimages, or romerías. These celebrations tend to take the form of giant parades with wagons, floats, ploughing teams and livestock, in honour of the patron saints of the place where they occur. The Carnival of Santa Cruz is probably the most important festival in Tenerife, which draws crowds from around the globe.
Sightseeing: There are many wonderful sights to see, including the cliffs at Los Gigantes, the national park at Las Canadas, Mount Teide and the pine forests around it. The Cathedral at Candaleria is wonderful, surrounded by stone statues of the earliest inhabitants - The Guanches. The 1000+ year old drago tree at Icod de los Vinos is well worth a visit. For the 'would be' rally drivers a trip to Masca is a must.
Attractions: Siam Park - the newest, largest and most exciting water park, fantastic for kids of all ages! Jungle Park is located in the South of Tenerife close to the main tourist resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Christianos. Jungle Park is around 75,000 m² of jungle and is now home to over 500 animals. Loro Parque or Loro Park in English is one of the best known attractions in Tenerife. The park which started life as a parrot park has become full of different animals and has some very good whale and dolphin shows. Go Karting in Las Americas.
Golf: Amarilla Golf where designer Donald Steel let nature take centre stage and you will find yourself facing an impressive mountain range at some holes and hugging the coastal path at others. At the 5th hole you even have to chip over the incoming sea. For those wishing refreshments half way round the course is the aptly named 9th Hole Bar. The Clubhouse has a bar and restaurant. Golf del Sur is a stunning course with wide fairways and challenging water hazards weaving round ravines and volcanic sand traps, dipping towards the sea. There are seven other Courses throughout the island.

The spacious master bedroom has a range of fitted wardrobes, a safe, bedside cabinets chest of drawers, and en ensuite bathroom. French doors lead to the sunny terrace . The second bedroom, which is also spacious, has a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and a chest of drawers and adjoining shower room. The newly fitted double glazed windows have insect screens.
