This two bedroom house (approx 102sqm) can sleep up to five people making use of the single bed in an alcove in the living area. There is a TV, telephone, music system, a private garden and a furnished terrace.
The villa has a pool which is surrounded by grass and with pool side furniture.
Pets are also welcome for a small fee.
If you like to arrive without having to worry about essential supplies for your fridge or perhaps a bottle of champagne, bouquet of flowers and a selection of local specialities, then there is a service available.
The Local Area
Sainte Maxime is located in the beautiful bay of St Tropez and is sheltered by the Maures hills. The resort has a bustling centre, fine sandy beaches, a marina and an elegant promenade.
The rural side of the French Riviera is an altogether different experience but remains as interesting with lakes, Alpine fields, prehistoric caves and villages nestling high in the hills all waiting to be explored on your sightseeing days.
Whether its activity or tranquility you seek you will find it all around this stunning area with every kind of summer sport you can imagine. The seaside provides everything from swimming and sailing to scuba diving and water skiing. The surrounding hills provide walking and hiking trails, mountain biking and horseback riding. There's a clay pigeon shooting place north of the town, and of course tennis and several golf courses.
The local markets in the region are colorful and interesting. There are three in this area, on Monday, Thursday and Friday where you can buy all your fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, flowers and local chesses and wine.
Take a break from cooking and go enjoy the variety of excellent restaurants in Sainte Maxime.A large Supermarket is just 1km away and there are smaller supermarkets in the villages.

By Car –. The A8 / E80 Autoroute is approximately 45 minuites and easily accessible to the complex
By Air - Nice and Toulon/St Tropez (Hyères) airports are just over 1 hour’s drive from Sainte Maxime while Marseille is approximately 1½ hours away. British Airways and EasyJet have regular flights from many UK airports to Nice. Ryanair operate a daily flight from Stansted to Toulon/St Tropez (Hyères). BMIBaby has regular flights to Nice and Marseille from Birmingham.
By Train - You can connect from the Eurostar to the French TGV high-speed train network in Lille and Paris. Some Eurostar services also run past Paris to points further south in the summer. French TGV trains stop at Les Arcs (20 km from Draguignan), which is approximately 1 hour from Sainte Maxime.
