Beautiful villa extending to 250 square meters, just newly refurbished internally thus offering very luxurious accommodation throughout, benefits from superb panoramic views of the bay of St Tropez. Externally, the garden is very private offering a large pool, terraces and a summer kitchen with large dining area ideal for alfresco dining, while mature olive trees will offer excellent shade from the summer sun. Internally, accommodation includes 5 bedrooms, study area, living room, dining area, large kitchen and utility. All accommodation is newly refurbished and presented to the highest standards. The villa is ideally located just 150 metres from the beach offering lots of water sports, the tennis club is also a short walk and golf is available at Beauvallon just a short drive, Ste Maxime town centre is only a 15 minutes walk along the promenade, this lovely town offers excellent restaurants and many retail shops as well as lovely traditional markets.

Outside, the gardens are completely enclosed and are very private offering a large L shaped pool, summer kitchen with dining area with table and seating for 10, sun loungers are provided on the pool terrace and there are garden seats scattered throughout the manicured garden.

The nearest beach is just 150 meters, this is a small beach with jetty and coffee bar, children are very safe as the swimming area is enclosed. Larger beach are available along the seashore all within walking distance.

Golf is available at Beauvallon which is only a short drive or the main Ste Maxime golf course is about a 15-minute drive.

Ste Maxime is a beautiful town and provides superb restaurants, many great shops, outdoor markets at night and traditional markets including local food, fresh fruit, general goods market and antiques market throughout the week. ... read more »hide »
