This is a spacious property with large rooms, and has a lovely view where ever you are in the property. In comparison to our competitors our property is head and shoulders above them all in 4 main areas, size, location, quality and the price for what you receiving for your money. This is not a shoe horned holiday in a cramped environment. This is a luxury Spanish style villa sitting on one and a half acres of landscape gardens with its own swimming pool and Jacuzzi. We stay contact our guests even after they have made payment and have arrived in Jamaica because we want all our guests to be happy and return
This Jamaican beauty is situated in the prestigious Mamme Bay resort where there is a secured gated entrance with 24 hour security. Mamme bay is between St Ann’s Bay and Ohio Rios on Jamaica's north coast. It is close to the fantastic night life and restaurants, also excellent shopping facilities is only 15 minutes away. We are also Approximately 15 minute drive from the infamous Dunn’s river falls (a place you must see when visiting the island).
This property has 3 bedrooms the master bedroom has a super king sized bed built in closets, safe, Cable TV with 60 and more stations/ DVD and cooler iron and ironing board, en suite bathroom with Juccuzi and and his and her vanity basins, wc. The second bedroom has two single beds,Cable TV with 60 and more stations/ DVD and en suite bathroom with shower, basin and wc. The bedroom number 3 has two double beds and Cable TV with 60 and more stations /DVD and en-suite bathroom with state of the art basin and built in closet area and en suite bath/ shower and wc. All rooms are air conditioned.
Our Jamaican North Coast villa Patiently Waiting has its own, Swimming pool and gazebo. The kitchen has a large USA style Fridge/ Freezer, Microwave. The Jamaican north coast villa Patiently Waiting is a 5 min drive to Ocho Rios and its world famous Dunn's River falls a most see when visiting Jamaica and is in the tourist zone of St Anns. Dolphin Cove were you can swim with dolphins, marine park, world class golf courses and fantastic night life including Jimmy Buffet's Margaretville and plantation tours. Near by activities includes biking, boating, fishing, golf, hiking, horseback riding, jet skiing, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, shopping and sightseeing.

This is a self catering holiday but catering can be provided upon request, the cost of this arrangement is to be made direct to our housekeeper. There is a 60 GBP per week service charge which is paid directly to our caretaker upon arrival which takes care of the pool and grounds upkeep while the guest are in residence
* High season dates :-1st December - 5th January 700 GBP High season dates :- 1st March until the 1st of November 700 GBP Low season dates :- 6th January until 1st March and the month of November 600 GBP Payments can be made via pay pal or via bank account
This villa can only be rented on a weekly basis. £100 deposit per week is required to secure the booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date There is no set changeover day. Book wherever there is availability.
Termination, up to 49 days before rental period: 20 % of rental price, up to 35 days before rental period: 40 % of rental price - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price. Percentage is based on total rental price booked.
It is recommended that you e-mail your flight arrival times in advance - to arrange key collection etc. Check out by 11:00 hours on the day of departure
