Villa Vicentina is a stunning four bedroom air-conditioned villa with private heated pool situated just a few steps from Martinhal Beach.
The villa has been finished to a very high standard and offers endless open space and luxurious contemporary interior design.
Villa Vicentina is arranged over two floors, with the main living area upstairs affording direct views over Martinhal Beach and the ocean. There is a fireplace for the cooler months with a remote control!
There are four large bedrooms
The villa has air-conditioning and under floor heating for the cooler months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two large fridge/freezers (one for food, and one for drinks), double ovens, steam oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a large private swimming pool in the rear garden adjacent to a spacious, covered al-fresco dining area and barbecue with drinks fridge and dishwasher.
The gardens are fully landscaped and the villa is approached via electronic wrought iron double gates with ample parking.
This natural unspoiled part of the Algarve is known for its many beautiful beaches. There are many different beaches within a ten minute drive, the closest being literally on the villa's doorstep. It is a world-class location for wind-surfing and body boarding.
Sagres is located on the most South-West tip of Europe. The area is unspoiled and surrounded by miles and miles of Natural Park. Sagres Village is a fishing village with a very "surfy" theme and a good selection of restaurants (particularly seafood) and great bars.
