Glenbrae has four bedrooms and comfortably sleep eight guests. The house has beautiful views.
A modern comfortable split level house It is set on a steep hillside overlooking Charleston harbor with views across the bay to Skye.
The ground floor has:
• One double and one twin room and bathroom.
• Utility room with washing machine/dryer and freezer.
The middle floor has:
• A large living room with open fire and extensive French windows which open onto a glass sided balcony with beautiful views.It is wonderful place to catch the sunsets which can be spectacular.
• There is a kitchen diner with similar views.
• A further double bedroom and shower room is on this floor.
The top floor has:
• A twin bedroom and large open plan area with pool table and TV.
• En-suite shower room.
Outside:
• The house is set steeply on the hill so there is not a garden as such.
Location:
• Gairloch is in the centre of some specatular scenery.
• The local beach is only half a mile away and is very beautiful.
• The golf course is nine holes, one hundred years old and also within half a mile.
• "The Old Inn" is within walking distance and shops for all catering needs are found in the village.
• Beaches such as Gruinard Bay, the Torridon Mountains and Loch Maree are all easily reached.
• Fishing is available on the hill Lochs and boat trips go out in the bay to watch the porpoises, seals and occasional whale and basking shark.

necessary This is a house that is good for walkers and also families who enjoy beaches, streams, mountains and lochs.You can play golf within half a mile and also go out on boat trips from the harbour to see porpoises, seals and whales.There is an award winning pub within walking distance "The Old Inn" so that you can go out and not have to drive. |

It is wonderful area for walkers and fishersTrout fishing is available in he hill lochs..Also for families there is a beautiful beach very close by and lots of others in the area.There are boat trips from the harbour for fishing and for seeing the wildlife. There is a 9 hole golf course within a mile of the house. Clubs can be hired at the club. The next village of Poolewe has an indoor swimming pool. There is pony trekking centre up the valley behind the house.

Directions
From Inverness follow the road towards Ullapool and after Garve turn left off that road to Achnasheen. From there head for Kinlochewe and continue along the side of Loch Maree to Gairloch. On entering the village you will see a sign for the Gairloch Highland Lodge Hotel .Turn right up this road but then turn immediately left up a small road. Glenbrae is the first house you see when you go up this road. It has a gravel area around the house.
