Beautiful larger than average 1 bedroom apartment in the charming village of Roda near Los Alcazares in the Murcia area of Southern Spain. With balcony overlooking the communal gardens to the front and historic 14th century church and hacienda gardens to the side.

A non returnable £100 booking deposit is required which will be forfeited if you decide to cancel. When payment in full is made the £100 will be kept in hand against damage or breakages. This will then be returned once our on site agent checks the property. Payment in full is required 4 weeks before departure.

There is a communal garden to the front of the apartment area and a small grassed play area with swings etc. At the back of the apartment block. Our apartment overlooks the ancient church and Hacienda to the side.

All linen and towels are included with the exception of Beech towels. Linen is changed weekly and apartment is cleaned weekly with the option of a mid-week clean also available.
