Less than 50 meters from the beautiful beaches at Rock this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury modern property is set back from the busy Beach Road with parking for several cars. You can walk to the ferry and be in Padstow within minutes to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and shops. Rock village is less than 15 minutes stroll, with a fantastic butcher, baker and fishmonger and the house is less than 5 minutes walk to Nathan Outlaws restaurants at the St Enedoc Hotel.
Upper Trehayl sleeps 10 people as follows: a master double bedroom, second double, a twin room (Two single beds) and a single room (single bed) a further double bedroom is in a self contained annex above the garage. A cot and high chair are available at the house. There is a back garden with "Breeze House" and barbeque and on the sun deck at the front of the house there is a hot tub.
The property comes complete with egyptian cotton bed linen and towels for your use, as well as Molton Brown products in all bathrooms. We are also able to accomodate well behaved dogs (by request).
The house is cleverly designed to maximize views accross the estuary with the kitchen, living and dining area on the first floor with doors that open on to an outside seating/eating area. Three of the bedrooms downstairs have french doors that open onto the terrace and hot tub.
A utility room houses washing machine, tumble dryer for guests use.

St Enedoc gold course is less than 50 meters from the house and Camel sailing school at the end of the driveway. Fabulous surfing can be found at Newquay and Polzeath which are both within 30 minutes drive. Tennis courts can be rented in Rock village and fishing can be organised at the sailing school or Padstow.
