The house is included in an exclusive farm of Chianti Classico Wine, and situated in a peaceful location. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. There are 3 bathrooms wherein 2 of the bathrooms include showers, water closets, bidets, and sinks. The other bathroom has a bathtub, water closet, bidet, and sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. In the utility room, you will see a table and chairs for the garden, terrace, and swimming pool. The living room includes sofa and chairs, furniture, TV, and billiards. Each furniture is very ancient.
Outside, you will see gardens, a terrace, barbecue, and outdoor furniture. Towels and linen are included and are changed after 1 week.
Located 8 kilometres away is the famous circle of Ugolino Golf which is the first club in Italy with 18 hole green. The villa is 20 kilometres from Florence airport, 20 kilometres from Florence train station, 1 kilometre from bus to Florence, 1 kilometre to S.Polo in Chianti, and 20 kilometres to Florence.
