Beautiful 5 bedroom holiday villa in Sale, Morocco

Villa Yasmine is a big, comfortable house with a direct view on the Atlantic Ocean. It’s located in the suburbs of the city of Salé (close to Rabat). Throughout winter our villa can be heated by the split-unit air-conditioning's as well as by several heaters.

Both Salé and Rabat are packed with restaurants, bars and nightclubs, plenty of stores and plenty of places of historic interest. Several family friendly beaches are located within 10 minutes of the villa and offer fantastic opportunities for water sports. The famous Royal Golf is in a 15 minutes drives.

Due to the way it’s build we can let the villa in several ways. All options guarantee complete privacy for the guests.

Villa Yasmine - the complete villa

Villa Yasmine contains 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted closets for your clothing. 2 of the closets (1 on the ground floor, and 1 on the first floor) are equipped with a safe for safeguarding your personal belongings like jewelry, passports, bank- / or credit-cards etc. The safes are protected by a key-code which you can alter yourself. 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with King-size double beds, 1 of the bedrooms is equipped with 2 single beds. This bedroom doesn’t contain a personal Air-conditioning, but is cooled by an air-conditioning of an other bedroom. We have a move-able airco-unit available if necessary for this bedroom. The villa also contains 5 living-rooms. 3 of the living-rooms are in Moroccan style, 2 of them are in European style. 2 of the living-rooms are equipped with a satellite television set, and a DVD home cinema set (Arabic, English, French and German frequencies are available). The villa contains 2 kitchens which are situated on sub-terrain level. These open plan kitchens also contains dining rooms. These kitchen / dining rooms contains dinner tables and Moroccan style benches. The kitchens are all well equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, a 4 ring stove, a microwave and coffee-machine, and off course all the necessary pots and pans (cooking utensils), a kettle, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The ground floor apartment kitchen is even equipped with an oven! The villa is equipped with 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower and toilet on sub-terrain level, 1 with shower, bidet, toilet and sink on ground floor level, and 1 with bath, bidet, toilet and sink on first floor level. Of course all bathrooms have hot- and cold streaming water! There are 2 terraces. These terraces are equipped with outdoor dining furniture and parasols. The terraces are also equipped with a BB-Q and crocks with plants. Perfect for dining on the warm Moroccan evenings! There is also access to several balconies. The villa is equipped with a washing machine.

Villa Yasmine - the ground floor apartment

The ground floor apartment of villa Yasmine contains 2 airco’ed bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms are equipped with closets for your clothing and King-size double beds. 1 of the closets is equipped with a safe. The ground floor apartment also contains 2 living-rooms. 1 of those living-rooms is in Moroccan style, 1 of them is in European style. 1 of the living-rooms is equipped with a satellite television set, and a DVD home cinema set. The apartment contains of a kitchen which is situated in the sub-terrain level. This open plan kitchen also contains a dining room, its contains a dinner table and a Moroccan style bench. The apartment is equipped with 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink on ground floor level. It has a terrace on sub-terrain level which can be reached from the kitchen of the ground floor apartment. This terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture (table/4 seats) and parasol, a BBQ and crocks with plants. The apartment also has a balcony on ground floor-level, overlooking the terrace.

As we have the option to rent out our villa in several ways (we can let the ground floor and the 1st floor apartment separately) we always set the calender when the complete villa is not available.

From 21-06 until 21-07 the ground floor apartment is still available and has 2 bedrooms, a separate front door, kitchen and bathroom. It has two airconditioned bedrooms and sleeps up to at maximum 6 visitors.
