Description

Villa Yasmine is a big, comfortable house with a direct view on the Atlantic Ocean. It’s located in the suburbs of the city of Salé (close to Rabat). Throughout winter our villa can be heated by the split-unit air-conditioning's as well as by several heaters.

Both Salé and Rabat are packed with restaurants, bars and nightclubs, plenty of stores and plenty of places of historic interest. Several family friendly beaches are located within 10 minutes of the villa and offer fantastic opportunities for water sports. The famous Royal Golf is in a 15 minutes drives.

Due to the way it’s build we can let the villa in several ways. All options guarantee complete privacy for the guests.

Villa Yasmine - the complete villa

Villa Yasmine contains 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted closets for your clothing. 2 of the closets (1 on the ground floor, and 1 on the first floor) are equipped with a safe for safeguarding your personal belongings like jewelry, passports, bank- / or credit-cards etc. The safes are protected by a key-code which you can alter yourself. 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with King-size double beds, 1 of the bedrooms is equipped with 2 single beds. This bedroom doesn’t contain a personal Air-conditioning, but is cooled by an air-conditioning of an other bedroom. We have a move-able airco-unit available if necessary for this bedroom. The villa also contains 5 living-rooms. 3 of the living-rooms are in Moroccan style, 2 of them are in European style. 2 of the living-rooms are equipped with a satellite television set, and a DVD home cinema set (Arabic, English, French and German frequencies are available). The villa contains 2 kitchens which are situated on sub-terrain level. These open plan kitchens also contains dining rooms. These kitchen / dining rooms contains dinner tables and Moroccan style benches. The kitchens are all well equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, a 4 ring stove, a microwave and coffee-machine, and off course all the necessary pots and pans (cooking utensils), a kettle, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The ground floor apartment kitchen is even equipped with an oven! The villa is equipped with 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower and toilet on sub-terrain level, 1 with shower, bidet, toilet and sink on ground floor level, and 1 with bath, bidet, toilet and sink on first floor level. Of course all bathrooms have hot- and cold streaming water! There are 2 terraces. These terraces are equipped with outdoor dining furniture and parasols. The terraces are also equipped with a BB-Q and crocks with plants. Perfect for dining on the warm Moroccan evenings! There is also access to several balconies. The villa is equipped with a washing machine.

Villa Yasmine - the ground floor apartment

The ground floor apartment of villa Yasmine contains 2 airco’ed bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms are equipped with closets for your clothing and King-size double beds. 1 of the closets is equipped with a safe. The ground floor apartment also contains 2 living-rooms. 1 of those living-rooms is in Moroccan style, 1 of them is in European style. 1 of the living-rooms is equipped with a satellite television set, and a DVD home cinema set. The apartment contains of a kitchen which is situated in the sub-terrain level. This open plan kitchen also contains a dining room, its contains a dinner table and a Moroccan style bench. The apartment is equipped with 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink on ground floor level. It has a terrace on sub-terrain level which can be reached from the kitchen of the ground floor apartment. This terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture (table/4 seats) and parasol, a BBQ and crocks with plants. The apartment also has a balcony on ground floor-level, overlooking the terrace.

The first floor apartment of villa Yasmine contains 3 airco’ed bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with closets for your clothing. 1 of the closets is equipped with a safe. 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with King-size double beds, 1 of the bedrooms is equipped with 2 single beds. The apartment also contains 3 living-rooms. 2 of the living-rooms are in Moroccan style, 1 of them is in European style. 1 of the living-rooms is equipped with a satellite television set, and a DVD home cinema set. It contains of a kitchen which is situated in the souterrain (sub-terrain) level. This open plan kitchen also contains a dining room. This kitchen / dining room contains a dinner table and a Moroccan style bench. This apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and toilet on sub-terrain level and 1 with bath, bidet, toilet and sink on first floor level. It has access to the roof terrace. Rental rates vary according to seasons and include basic utilities (excluding gas), only food and drink are at your expense.

Advertised rates are rates for the ENTIRE VILLA at a standard occupancy of 10 people per period indicated. The rate for additional people (up to 6 additional guests allowed in the entire villa) during the low season period (january, february, march, april and october, november and partly december) is € 12,50 per person per night.
Te rate for additional people (up to 6 additional guests allowed in the entire villa) during the high season periods (from may to october and the feasts period in december) is € 15,00 per person per night.

For rates for the ground floor appartment (2 airconditioned bedrooms, standard occupancy 4 people, optional we could allow up to 6 people) OR the first floor apartment (3 airconditioned bedrooms, standard occupancy t people, optional we could allow up to 10 people) please enquire!

As Villa Yasmine is divided into two separate apartments (ground floor and 1st floor can be rented out separately and have own front doors and facilities) we will allways urge you to enquire even if the reservations calender tells you the period is booked.
It can be the villa is only partially booked and so there is always a chance we could still receive you and your family / friends!

We have had a splendid stay / family reunio n in Villa Yasmine from July 18 until July 28, 2010. The owners of Villa Yasmine where very helpful in organising the stay and are quickly in responses on inquiries and other demands. Villa Yasmine is a nice and good equipped villa located in the outskirts of Salé, within close range of excellent beaches and within close range of Rabat. It is an excellent home-base for a stay in the Rabat / Salé area. We hope to return someday!

Superb!!
Nous sommes restés en villa Yasmine à partir du 28 juillet jusquau 4 août 2010. Pendant ce temps j'ai eu mes mariage-festivités au Maroc et j'ai loué la villa Yasmine pour que le famille et les amis restent. Les propriétaires et le personnel de la villa Yasmine ont été très utiles dans la planification et organistion et ont été veillés tout a été arrangé pour!! La villa est bien située et excellent équipé. Dès l'arrivée il était propre et prêt.

Just PERFECT!
Amazing Stay! Incredible Hosts! John & Fatiha were extremely helpful when planning our stay. Bobker was an incredible and gracious host! As somewhat inexperienced tourists we were unsure of what expect when we arrived, but we all found the Moroccan people incredibly generous and helpful. The villa was a perfect location and easily accessible. The villa is very well decorated and even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. The garden was also a nice suprise.

At first instance we had only rented the ground floor apartment of the villa for 2 nights in November 2009. At arrival we where informed about some troubles with the fridge in the ground floor apartment. Without disturbance, extra payments or whatsoever we received the keys to the much more luxurious and spacious first floor apartment. We have had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the villa and surroundings. Villa Yasmine is a really beautiful Villa with splendid services provided by honest local people. Extremely clean on arrival. Although our stay was rather short (2 nights) we had an extremely nice time....We travelled a lot in Morocco and this was the best place we visited without a doubt! Really recommended!
