Lakeside Village is one of the original resorts to have been built in Quinta da Lago. It offers apartments, townhouses and villas all set around a scenic position just off the famous Lake.
Located on a quiet end of terrace, townhouse Vista Lago is a semi-detached, south facing end of terrace, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property which is spread over 3 stories, with - to top it off - a beautiful panoramic roof terrace with seating area around the fixed BBQ and fantastic views across the resort towards the scenic Lake and coast.
The property offers deceptively simple lay-out and modern but natural finishes, which hide understated elegance and a cozy and homely feel. As soon as you enter the hallway, leading to the living room, dining area and open kitchen, the light is flooding in from the large windows and sliding doors leading to the pool area and garden. The sunken living area is set around the fire place and large plasma screen. There’s an antique writing desk if you do insist on doing some work in this lovely environment.
The raised dining area borders the light and modern open plan kitchen with work service island. Downstairs you’ll also find a storage area, cloakroom and one of the bedrooms, the smallest of the three, however, still elegant with 2 single beds and its own en-suite shower room.
Off the upstairs landing are 2 other bedrooms, one master suite with large double bed and its own plasma tv and access to a large covered terrace with comfortable armchairs and pretty views across the resort. The bathroom has a separate shower and a bath with a picture window view. The second bedroom on this floor has 2 single beds, an en suite shower room and views out through the large sliding door to the same covered terrace.
Up one more floor which gives sole access to a fantastic roof terrace with a BBQ, small dining table and chairs and beautiful views towards the lake with distant sea views. It also doubles up as a suntrap!
The area around the 8 x 4 mtr pool area has been reserved for sunbathing, eating, playing and enjoying everything this south facing garden has to offer. There are a few seating areas and the large trees surrounding the outer wall not only ensure your privacy but also offer some welcome shady areas for hot summer days.
