Description
Overall the villa has a Zen-like feel the décor is harmonious and relaxing. It has been beautifully decorated with modern, designer furniture and fabrics. In the garden and poolside there are sunloungers, dining tables and chairs a good size built in bbq for long summer evenings relaxing and eating on the terrace by the pool.
The combined lounge / dining room has large comfortable leather sofas perfect for flopping into and watching television or a DVD. On the upstairs landing there is a small but perfectly formed office space with internet connection and laptop. All three bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom and the upstairs bedrooms enjoy a terrace with views over the development towards the nature reserve. The upstairs triple bedroom has a TV and Playstation 3 games console. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample wardrobes, direct access to the terrace with outdoor sofas – relax, read a book and watch the sunset.
Both upstairs bedrooms have their own full bathroom and direct acess via sliding doors to a large balcony with tables and chairs. The down stairs bedroom is suitable for mobility impaired guests, there is an en suite bathroom and sliding doors give direct access to the terrace, pool and garden area. The bedrooms have plasma HD TV’s with Freesat. Two hairdryers are supplied in the villa. Breakfast in the morning can be taken on your balcony. Enjoy a freshly made cappaccino from the expresso coffee machine in the kitchen. Forget about having to make a bed or tidy dishes away - the maid will be in soon and take care of it all.
The kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets and gizmo's you need to whip up a fantastic meal. There is a a formal dining table in the open plan lounge, a separate breakfast table in the kitchen and outside dining area.
All the furnishings in the villa are new. The master bedroom is a haven for mum and dad after a hard days chilling about the pool - there is a king-size bed, air conditioning and an abundance of fitted wardrobes. Your bathroom is fully stocked with lots of goodies to pamper yourself. The lounge room is very light and spacious with 3 sets of sliding doors accessing the garden, terrace and pool. There is a 42' plasma TV and large, comfy leather sofas and harmonious décor.

Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it is more likely to be on a weekday. It is necessary to vacant the villa by 10am on the day of departure in the high season.
Access to the villa is after 3pm on day of arrival unless previous arrangements have been made.
All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €300 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.
The quoted rates includes maid service with change of sheets & towels after 7 nights & complimentary welcome basket including wine & food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

The large geometric shaped pool with intergrated steps into the pool is surrounded by a terrace and paved area. There is a BBQ, sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining in the warm evenings. The garden is lawn and flowering shrubs. The entire property is fenced and completely secure for the little ones to go for a wander there are plenty of toys to play with and keep them amused.
