A beautiful three bedroom holiday apartment set in the jewel of Majorca, Puerto Pollensa. With the opening of the new road, it is now only about a forty five minute drive from Palma Airport and away from the rather brash resorts in the south. The apartment is well furnished with modern furniture and has air-conditioning/heating, full kitchen and laundry facilities and has two bathrooms (one en-suite). Of the three bedrooms one has a king-size double bed, one has twin beds and one has bunk beds. In addition to the 6 beds, a cot and buggy are available on request for babies or toddlers. The apartment also has Satellite TV and DVD player. Starting dates are flexible to allow families to take advantage of lower mid-week airfares except during July and August when changeover is on Saturdays.
The apartment is on the lowest floor of a three storey block containing just twelve apartments (private allocated undercover parking is available on the ground floor). The well kept private gardens and swimming pool are ideal if you would like to relax away from the beach.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Puerto Pollensa. A two minute stroll along a palm-lined avenue will take you to the nearest restaurant and a beautiful beach, with sun-beds, parasols and showers. The port is a further twenty minute stroll along the wide promenade or two minutes by car and here you will find many interesting shops. Around the tree lined square there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, perfect to relax with a cappuccino (or something stronger) and sample the international or local cuisine in the many coffee shops and restaurants until the early hours.
Golfers will enjoy the challenge of Aucanada Golf Course, a fifteen minute drive from the apartment, with its testing holes and fantastic views over Alcudia bay. Pollensa Golf Club is a similar distance away and although only nine holes is beautifully maintained and a stern test of golf. Majorca has over twenty golf courses.
