Description

Villa Cartaphilus is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote. Villa Cartaphilus is approximately ten minute stroll to the old town of Puerto del Carmen with its harbour area and many shops, bars and restaurants.

The luxury villa has a swimming pool eight by four meter in size set in large sun terraces which offer both shaded an open areas. There is a purpose built-in barbecue and a poolside shower. The garden is surrounded by high walls for privacy.

Entering through the large hallway, the villa has a split-level dining room and lounge with lovely high ceilings. Glass doors lead out onto the pool area. The separate kitchen is well-equipped and contains a breakfast area.

There are two double bedrooms both en suite one is a Master Bedroom with king size bed.

The three twin bedrooms share the exceptional third bathroom which has lava walls and a sunken bath and walk in shower. There is also a WC by the entrance hall.
