Description

Villa Jessica is a spacious private villa in central Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Villa Jessica is approximately a five minute stroll the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It is a fifteen minute stroll to the old town of Puerto del Carmen with its harbour area.

The villa is on two levels. On the upper level is the open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area with superb sea views. This leads to the lounge which also has excellent views of the sea and Fuerteventura. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with balconies looking over the pool. It also has a shared bathroom.

On the lower level there is a games room with access to the pool through double doors. On this level there is also a twin bedroom and bathroom as well as a small bedroom with bunk beds suitable for two children or teenagers.

There is a pool with poolside shower and secluded garden with high walls for privacy, sun terraces and shaded eating areas. There is also a purpose built barbecue.
