Description
Villa Catamaran is situated in central Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. Villa Catamaran is approximately a five minute stroll from the town's main beach, Las Cucharas with its supermarket, bars, shops and restaurants.
The villa has its own garden, split level sun terraces and a heated swimming pool. It also has an outdoor catering area with a very large purpose built barbecue. There is a large driveway with off street parking for three cars.
The villa is on two levels. On the lower level there is a split-level lounge and dining room with floor to ceiling windows looking onto the garden and pool area. Likewise the formal entrance hall has glass facades looking onto the internal garden patio. There is a kitchen and separate TV lounge. On this level, there is also a bedroom with twin beds and a room with bunk beds suitable for two children or teenagers. There is a WC with hand basin and toilet.
On the upper level is the impressive master bedroom with wooden flooring and a high-beamed ceiling. It has an en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and its own TV. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony with sea views. There is a twin bedroom and a large single bedroom with a pullout bed which has a private balcony. The family bathroom is also on the upper level.
Smoking indoors is not permitted. Smoking is permitted in the patio area.
