The apartment is a Spanish home from home that comfortably accomodates four people with its two bedrooms, a sizeable sitting room with dining area, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and two terraces. Enjoy the comfort of home while being away.
The apartment is designed as a penthouse on the third floor of a well maintained, ideally located development called La Reserva de Marbella. Within La Reserva, the property is a part of a much smaller community, thereby enjoying substantially more gardens, pools and sun loungers than some of the busier areas on the Costa.
Guests will welcome the opportunity to relax on the larger roof terrace with a cool glass of wine in the shade of the sun, or on the warmer nights, underneath the stars. There is also an underground car park and a lift to makes a vacation stay as stress free as possible.
The area around the property is surrounded by different attractions and amenities. For those dedicated shoppers, there are many great places to visit to add to their wardrobe or sample some of the delicious wines and foods based in the region.
There is also a great Aquapark and kids Zoo within a short drive for those who need to entertain the kids or feel like being a big kid themselves.
As the Costa is lined by hills and mountains, it is fimly believed that to get the most from a holiday is to be recommended hiring a car as there are few company names considered to be both reliable and good value. Attentively the owners can also arrange a pick up and drop off for those who would prefer for a small fee. The local bus network and taxis can also be used to travel around.
The Cabopino region, on the other hand, is only a short distance away from some of the better well know white villages of Mijas, Coin, and Istan, as well as being under an hour from Gibraltar, Ronda and Nerja.
Nearby Marbella and Puerto Banus offer all the glamour and high life that guests would expect whilst still offerring a quieter pace for those who require, just off the beaten track.
With nearly all year round sun, wonderful shopping and of course the friendly Spanish people the Costa Del Sol really is a perfect holiday destination.

Malaga airport is the main airport to fly to, and is serviced by a huge number of both budget and scheduled airlines.
The apartment is but a short 30 min drive down the coast on an easy peasy route via the motorway or the main coastal road. Alternatively we could arrange for a pick up or you can always get a taxi. Splitting the cost between a houshold means its not as expensive as your think.
There are a number of shops and restaurants within a short walk if your don't feel like venturing further from the apartment.

We had a fantastic October week - so much so we will book early for next year. The weather was perfect and the apartment beautiful. A real home away from home.

We would draw attention to the fact that the spiral staircase may not be suitable for unsupervised children. Equally its part of spanish law that small children are supervised at all times in the pool and garden areas - common sense I'm sure you'd agree!
