This apartment is furnished with new modern furniture, a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. It is fully equipped with hot & cold air-conditioning, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The accommodation also benefits from quality furnishings 32' Satellite TV*,, ironing facilities and a hairdryer for each room. Beach towels are also provided .Both bedrooms can be arranged as either single beds or 2 extra large doubles. A cot can also be provided free of charge.
La Maestranza is a new complex situated at the mouth of golf valley, approximately 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol. . The facility includes two swimming pools (one of which is heated) and a shallow paddling pool, all surrounded by pleasant tiered gardens with ample area for sunbathing. There is a supermarket and chemist within 20 metres of the complex. Buses stop regularly bringing all the surrounding areas, including the airport. Therefore a car is not essential. We are also surrounded by championship golf courses and driving ranges.
The pool areas are now paved and not grass by the large and childrens pool.
Shopping: Puerto Banus is well known for its glamorous boutiques and designer shops.There are also many other well known high street shops like Zara and the big Spanish department store El Corte Ingles where you will find everything!.
Golf:
The La Maestranza is situated in the heart of golf valley with courses to suit all abilities. Courses include the world famous Valdererrama, host to the 1997 Ryder Cup and voted Europes no1 golf course. The climate allows all year round golf
