Villa 030 has a superb location of being a stone’s throw away from the crystal clear waters. Special attention has been given to the villa to create plenty of family fun. Internet access, Playstation 2, I-Pod docking station and a table tennis table have been provided for the children never to get bored. For the adults the pool and patio area is the perfect place to unwind and relax with guests cocktails or ice cold beer. It immediately shows the utmost seclusion and privacy from the tropical garden surrounding the pool and patio. Kapparis is a great holiday destination with a fantastic climate three hundred forty days of the year. The area offers a great choice of bars, shops and restaurants for those wanting to stay close to the villa. Most welcome children and offer sky sports and nightly entertainment. Within a few minutes stroll from the property guests will be lazing on the local beach with golden sand and safe crystal clear waters and for the more energetic water sports are available. The coastal path is well worth a stroll, guests will discover many secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water. A cruise to the ghost town of the deserted Famagusta is a fantastic day out with a swim in the Mediterranean waters. This villa is ideally located for those who want to escape and relax yet is close enough to Protaras to benefit from all it has to offer should guests want something more lively. Mally is perfect for wedding parties or large families as we have multiple villas on the same complex.
Protaras is a lively family resort which offers something for everyone. Famous for its golden coastline and sparkling clear waters, it is a favorite for both young and elderly, families and single parties. There are plenty of activities with many sandy beaches along the coastline with water sports ending with the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. You will also find a wide selection of bars and restaurants with various cuisines along with an abundance of shops to browse in. Protaras holds many forms of entertainment and attractions, the beaches and water sports for daytime and bars, entertainment and nightlife for an evening. The many shops to browse include a supply for your everyday needs, shoes, clothes, gifts, jewellery and pharmacies. The bungee bounce trampolines will entertain the younger members of your party. You will also find two MINI GOLF COURSES on the top road of Protaras, which entertain both young and elderly, with small amusement arcades and small cafes for some light refreshment. The safe and friendly atmosphere of Protaras makes the perfect holiday for all the family. Just a short drive away is the bustling resort of Ayia Napa known for its club scene and a paradise for the young. It is a resort that never sleeps with an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit all age groups and tastes. Ayia Napa boasts probably the largest water park in Europe and is well worth a day out. The five golden sandy beaches are some of the finest you will find.

Return Visit
This has been our 3rd holiday at Villa Mally and we have enjoyed our stay as always, especially with the addition of the new outside seating area. There is no criticism of the villa or Oceanview's service which is always great. We would have no hesitation in staying at Mally for a 4th time. We are looking forward to our next holiday.
