The sandy beaches of Protaras are all within walking distance of the villa and the main street offering a wide selection of bars, tavernas and shops is about a five minute walk away. Surrounding the pool area there is a large terrace with sun loungers and barbecue. There is also a garden table with chairs and umbrella. The pool is large and measures 10m x 5m. On the ground floor there is an open plan air-conditioned sitting/dining room with kitchen area and downstairs shower room. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas, coffee table, lamps, television, DVD and CD player. There is a dining table and six chairs. In the well equipped kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker and hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board. Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms.

The weather in Protaras is warm all year round, the summers are long and hot and the winters are very mild. Protaras is more suited to family life. It offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, family outdoor bars, amusement park and night time entertainment. Also, a great experience for everyone is to visit the ocean aquarium and the magic dancing waters in Protaras. Prophet Elias has a panoramic view of the entire town and the sea which will simply amaze you. One can climb the many steps up the hill to view this breathtaking sight and visit the small church of Prophet Elias at the top. |

From the moment we booked Villa St Martin, the owner Mr Lewis was always avaliable by telephone to discuss any queries I had regarding the resort itself or the Villa, I found this very reassuring! We even enjoyed a large discount on car hire which was arranged by Mr Lewis.
Once we arrived we found the villa was in very good condition & very clean. The garden & pool area were my favourite part of the villa as the grass area was especially good for my children to play on safely. The grass area was the reason we chose this villa over numerous other villas in the same location.
The location was also ideal as it is situated in a quiet close consisting of only 8 other privately owned villas and the main restaurants & taverns are only a 5 minute walk away even with the kids in tow!
I would strongly recommend booking this villa to any of my friends or family and hope to go back there again myself!
