Walk less than 5 mins to sunbathe on beautiful sandy Cyprus beaches and swim in crystal clear waters of the warm Mediterranean. Fully furnished 1 bed / 1 bath top floor holiday apartment, with stunning sea views to the horizon. A great location for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Sundays apartment complex is one of the few in central Kapparis. Amenities, restaurants, bakery, shops and bars/ pubs are only a couple of minutes walk away. A spacious open living area and kitchen leads to a sheltered balcony with outdoor table and chairs - overlooking the large swimming pool and out to the sea. Visitors can relax, read, enjoy a drink or meal, and experience a gorgeous sunset. Relax by the large outdoor swimming pool, or at a local Kapparis cafe, restaurant or bar. This accomodation is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet location to relax.
The one bedroom holiday apartment has a king size bed. Also double sofa bed for family, and infant/ child highchair and travel cot. There is a TV with English satellite channels, DVD player & movies. The new kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Full sized bathroom with bath and shower. Towels and linen are provided.
The holiday apartment complex is one of few in central Kapparis location. It provides a more peaceful holiday location which is less busy than the usual tourist spots, and great place for couples on a romantic holiday, small family with 1 young baby/ child, as well as 50+. There is no need to drive to beaches where cars are parked uncovered and can get hot under the sun. My Cyprus rental apartment benefits from private sheltered allocated parking space. This keeps the car cool while parked. Infant / toddler high chair and travel cot are in available in apartment. Ideal location for baby, toddlers, and families with children - local amenities and play areas are under a couple minutes walk away catering for young children.
Smoking is allowed outside on the apartment balcony only. Internet wi-fi available at most local bars and restaurant. Internet cafe opposite. The pool area is secured so only apartment owners and tenants can use (requires key access). The holiday rental apartment is perfect for vacation in Cyprus away from usual noisy and busy hotels at much better prices. Although there are local bars and pubs next to Sundays complex, my apartment is at rear of the circular complex away from busy street and peaceful at night.
Sundays Apartment complex is one of very few in central Kapparis, on Kennedy Avenue the main road with restaurants, bars, pubs and shops as well as other amenities such as children play areas, hairdressers, rental companies, and even betting shops. The only places closer to Fireman's beach than Sundays complex and with swimming pools are mainly villas. Make sure to check the location of other apartments when making enquiries as many are much further out from beaches. Fireman's beach is the best in the nearby area and approx. 5 minutes walk down from Kennedy Avenue. Enjoy watersports such as jet ski, paragliding or boat trips from the nearby Malma Beach (10-15 minutes walk away). A sheltered bus stop is nearby to apartment (2 mins walk) and buses go to main towns - Paralimini, Agia Triada, Pernera, Protaras, Agia Napa, Nicosia and Larnaca - and only costs about 2 Euros. Excellent location and prices to stay and from which to travel to the rest of Cyprus as well as North Cyprus to visit all the top tourist and historic places in Cyprus.

The holiday apartment will be subject to a full professional pre-arrival clean. One off cleaning fee contribution to be added to total apartment rental costs. One set of clean linen and bath towels will be provided for each person per stay. Beach towels not included.
A fully refundable security deposit of £100 minimum is required, and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure from apartment in Cyprus, subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys. The security deposit may be higher depending on length of stay, number and age of guest.
Balance of total rental cost to be paid a minimum of 12 weeks before occupancy of my Cyprus rental apartment can commence. Apartment bookings of less than one week's occupancy or late bookings within 12 weeks of arrival will need to be paid in full at time of booking.
Changeover days maybe flexible. Generally - Check in of holiday apartment is after 2pm on day of arrival. Check out generally before 10am on day of departure (an earlier check in may be available if there is not a changeover on the same day). Dependent on availability of my Cyprus rental apartment - please ask for preferred times.
DISCOUNTS available for my Cyprus holiday apartment in quiet periods and for 2+ week stays - upto 20-25% discount for stays of 1 month - please ask! Long term lets of my Cyprus holiday apartment is available at severely reduced rates. Accept 6-12 month bookings with rates from only £350 PER MONTH (cost will depend on period of stay).
Airport transfer with English meet and greet available - you'll not only be taken to the apartment but shown around local area and amenities. Please ask.

The initial holiday booking deposit is non-refundable. it is possible to cancel the apartment booking up to 5 weeks before the arrival date with the following refunds:

This is a 1 bedroom holiday Cyprus rental apartment in the Sundays complex on Kennedy Avenue with a double sofa bed in the living room. The Cyprus apartment sleeps up to 4 people. From the Cyprus rental apartment bedroom you have excellent sea views over the horizon. The bedroom is fitted with wardrobes and furnished with a king size (extra large double) bed and two bed side drawers with storage. There are floor to ceiling glass patio doors opening to the balcony of the Cyprus rental apartment. The bedroom is fitted with sun cancelling blinds which block out the sun light to ensure you get a great nights sleep and are not awoken unexpectedly early by the morning sun rise. Balcony chairs, table and sun loungers are stored in the bedroom of my Cyprus rental apartment while the property is vacant, to keep the furniture clean. These can be easily moved outdoors onto the balcony on arrival . |

Cyprus is a small island so a rental apartment near the coast will guarantee, a visitor on holiday, access to numerous scenic beaches and coves with warm waters perfect for bathing and relaxation. An ideal holiday destination. Sink your toes into warm sand, feel the sun warming your skin as you look out on the sparkling blue Mediterranean sea. Nothing beats Cyprus for a beach holiday. With an expansive coastline providing a wide variety of beaches to choose from, ranging from secluded bays, to lively resorts, sandy beaches and rocky coves, you are bound to find the right one for you. There are many tourist and sightseeing day trips which can be easily booked at the nearby booking offices. Take a trip on the open top ‘Big Red Bus’ to get an overview of the local area. Nearby there’s an ocean aquarium (with crocodiles, penguins, fish and other marine creatures), museum on Turkish invasion, viewing tower to the ghost town of Varosha, and small zoo. In easy driving reach of our Cyprus rental apartment are a small water park, numerous nearby mini-golf courses, children’s play areas, and other child friendly activities. There are also plenty of SCUBA diving shops in the vicinity where you can sign up for dive courses or day trips. At most beaches, holidaymakers can participate in a half day boat trip, or water sports including jetski, snorkelling, SCUBA, fly fishing, speedboating, pedal boats, water skiing, parasailing, kayak, ringos, u-tube, crazy shark, banana and oxoon. There are many privately owned cafes, restaurants, and bars different from the mainstream franchises in the area, although the standard likes of Costa coffee, Mcdonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut are also available. Also about 10 minutes drive away from the apartment on top of a rocky hill is the picturesque “Chapel of Prophitis Elias” (the Prophet Elijah). Worth a visit to see the Chapel itself against the amazing backdrop of the sky and sea, as well as the magnificent panoramic views of the coast and nearby Varosha. Even with the hot sun during most of the year it is possible to ski in Cyprus, in the Troodos mountains. For the best snow visit from January to the end of March. The highest point of the Troodos range is Mount Olympus. Also there are numerous golf courses within 1 hours drive of Kapparis – Sundays rental apartment. However the best golf courses are based in the South West of Cyprus and near Paphos (approx. 2.5-3hrs drive). There are a myriad of activities to indulge in. As an island, water sports feature strongly in Cyprus. Try the local waterparks in Agia Napa or Protaras for thrills, or bungee jumping for an extreme sensation. Discover the magic of the underwater world by snorkelling or SCUBA diving in the warm crystal clear seas, where schools of fish live, and it’s possible to see interesting rock formations as well as many famous shipwrecks for the more experienced diver. Windsurfing and sailing can be enjoyed all the year round, thanks to steady winds and calm predictable seas, while coastal cruising and deep-water fishing are also popular. You could even use the island as a base for a short cruise to other nearby countries. Enjoy a camel caravan through the surronding countryside of Mazotos villiage.The Camel Park is a great attraction for both children and adults. There's camel rides, swimming, play area and a resturant.

Excellent holiday destination and apartment!!
We had a great stay. Apartment was exactly as described. Great location so close to a convenience shop, restaurant and bars - even a lovely bakery and upclass wine bar on the complex. Recommend the nearby Greek restaurants on both left and right of the apartment. We took a taxi to the apartment and luckily Kenny booked for us as we were quoted so much more from the airport. Recommend you get taxi details in advance!
Didn't rent a car as neither boyfriend or I wanted to drive. Found a nice little travel booking place around the corner from the apartment which did reasonably priced day trips so getting around Cyprus was not a problem. We went for a boat trip to Cape Greco which is very beautiful, can go snorkelling and stop have dinner on boat for only little extra; Took a visit to ancient sites at Kriterion on the way to Paphos where you'll see ampitheatre, mosaics, temple and bath ruins; Visited Paphos castle and bay area which was more touristy than rest of Cyprus; Went to North Cyprus to visit the edge of the 'ghost town', te mosques and experience Turkish culture, only across the border which is nearby, a 1 day visa is provided and you even need to change currenies. Also there was a nearby bus stop and we took bus to agia napa for only 2 euros for more sight seeing and a few drinks.
There are a couple of beaches near to the apartment. Firemans is very near about 4-5 mins walk and on other side of apartment is another beach about 12 mins away, which we ended up visiting the most. The sand was gorgeous and sea was amazing so clear and warm, and we even went paragliding where you get pulled by a boat and thrown into the air on a parachute type thing.
The pool was larger than most and good if you enjoy swimming lengths. I tended to go later in the day when it was not so hot. It was also secured by a locked fence around its boundary as we were told locals would use in the past which made it very private. We enjoyed a dinner one night out on the balcony as there is a great view out to the sea and skies.
The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Although it did have satellite TV and the owner supplied movies and DVD player we didn't really get to use as we were out and travelling so much. The complex is right in the centre of Kapparis and on the main road, but Kapparis is not so busy anyway and the apartment is at the rear facing a quiet road so we didn't have any problems in the nights. We fully recommend a stay here!
Great apartment and lovely beaches
We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was in a brilliant location. Owner is very friendly and helpful throughout. We liked the fact we didn't have to walk far for the whole 2 weeks to get to many great local restaurant and pubs in Kapparis. Fireman's beach was literally a short walk down the street and we spent most of our time relaxing on the beach and swimming in the sea. We've stayed in other apartments near Kapparis and Protaras and this the closest we've stayed at such a reasonable price. Thanks Kenny for renting out to us we'll be back again!
