NOTE: A non refundable deposit of 20% of rental value with order to secure booking. Balance of rental value due 6 weeks before start of occupancy. There is a £100 per week damage deposit to be paid at the same time as the rental balance. If there is no damage to the property or contents this will be returned immediately upon completion of rental period. If any damages do occur, these will be assessed by our property agent and agreed with the renter and the value will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Bookings will not be accepted for all male or all female parties, should this happen access to the property will be denied with no refund of any monies paid.
Long term rentals by arrangement with owners.
Welcome packages and car hire can be arranged at time of booking if required.

Ideal location close to all the local facilities with its high quality restaurants and lively bars Pernera also includes banks and medical centre are all 5 mins walk. The popular Fig Tree Bay in Protoras is 20 mins walk along the New Promenade or 3 mins drive. Ayia Napa with all the lively night life bars and restaurants is 10 mins drive. There are water parks in Protoras and Ayia Napa. Paralimni town centre with its shops cafe's is a 5 min drive. There is a local travel agent in Pernera where day trips and excursions can be booked to the Troodos Mountains, Famagusta Ghost Town, Nicosia, Boat trips and Larnaca market are just a few. There is a regular Bus Service to all locations from a local stop together with a Taxi Rank close by.
