Pernera offers a few sandy beaches; the most popular being Marlita beach, which is just a 10 minute stroll from the villa. This beach has all the amenities you will need from renting of sun beds and parasols to watersports for the more energetic. The beach is golden sand with crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children and a favorite for snorkeling and scuba diving.

Pernera has a lot to offer the holiday maker with its variety of shops to browse and restaurants to suit all tastes. The local bars all welcome children and offer Sky Sports as well as daily and nightly entertainment. There is a small waterpark just a short walk away which is suitable for younger children. A stroll along the coastline from the brand new boardwalk is a must taking in the breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters. Pernera is a great holiday destination with a fantastic warm climate over 340 days of the year.

The villa has air conditioning throughout (for heating or cooling) and a safe is provided for your valuables. This is all included in the rental price. We can supply baby packages or put up beds for a small charge on request.
