A 3 bedroom detached Villa with large private swimming pool, perfect for families and couples wanting to be close to amenities but not always wanting to drive. Furnished in a contemporary style, offering guests comfortable and luxurious surroundings.
The villa is a perfect holiday home for visitors with a medium sized number of people. It accommodates 6 people and provide rooms with one double and two twin bedrooms. There is also an open plan lounge/dining area providing seating for six people with comfortable, modern furniture, TV, DVD, and CD player. The well equipped kitchen is also complete with a fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine. Also, all bedrooms have large wardrobes and comfortable luxury beds and matresses where bath towels also are provided and with a weekly maid service and linen change. Guests must then remember thay the villa does not suppy beach towels so they must bring their own towels.
The Villa is situated in the resort of Protaras/Pernera, a pretty little town situated between Protaras and Paralimni. Situated close to the sea, a leisurely stroll will take the guests to the beautiful sandy beaches of Pernera only a 200 metres away. Walk further along the golden coastline and they will find the beautiful Fig Tree Bay famous for its fantastic golden sand and crystal clear water. Watersports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here.
Cape Greko, on the other hand, is just a 10 minute drive away and is famed for its national park, a wonderful beauty spot which should not to be missed. Further along the coast is Konnos Bay and Ayia Napa with its pretty marina, beautiful beaches, water park, restaurants, bars and nightlife galore. The villa is also a 200 metre walk to the resort centre with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Protaras is then a 20 minute walk away and the main town of Paralimni with traditional and modern shopping facilities and two beautiful churches which are just a 10 minute drive away.
There are also some facilities around the area which will benefit the geusts' needs. The Beach, supermarket, restaurants including traditional Greek tavernas, Indian, Chinese, English, Italian and Spanish, Bars, Car/Bike hires, Bank/cash point and much more are just approximately 200 metres away - very convenient for all the guests.

We recommend that you pre book a hire vehicle to eliminate the taxi cost to & from Larnaca airport. If compared, a return taxi journey to & from Villa Pernera from Larnaca airport is equal to that of a hire car for one week. |

Excellent Villa
We stayed at Villa Pernera over the xmas period and can honestly state that its the nicest Villa we have visited in over 25 years of holidaying in Cyprus. 10 out of 10 and we cant wait to return in teh summer of 2011. Thank you for providing an excellent, clean and perfectly located villa.
A great villa in a lovely spot
We took a week in Protaras and had a great time here. The villa was spotless when we arrived and it tastefully decorated. It is located away from the main road so it's quiet. You can get to the beach in 4 minutes but the villa has a great pool so we didn't go too often. There is plenty of room inside and out. The hottub was a scream. The kitchen was well equipped. There are quite a few restaurants near by so we didn't cook too often. I'd highly recommend it and will certainly be back next year.
